I am just trying to unbderstand how to finish the cuffs on this jacket. View A, I have folded and pressed and basted on the fold of the cuff to the wrong side of the sleeve now the instructions say sew hem in place. What does that mean? Sew all around the cuff so the sewing will show on the the right side of the fabric? Then it says finish raw edge, what raw edge would that be if I hemmed?

Because the pattern looks like it has a turned up cuff, you’re better off hemming the cuff on the inside of the garment.
